This is a digital download only. You will NOT receive a physical product. An email will be sent with a link to your ZIP files once your purchase is confirmed. After you click the link to start the download, your PC should ask what folder to download it to. I always prefer to add it to the desktop to find it right away, and then make a separate folder labeled for similar files later. (Remember that it may take a few minutes to show up.) Do check your spam folder just in case you notice that the process took a little too long. In your downloaded files you will also get instructions on the next steps to take. Note: You can choose to print from your phone on your own printer, or upload your files to a “Print-on-Demand” service, or load your files onto a flash drive and go to a pharmacy photo, a big box store, etc. Several can provide same day pick up. Each file can easily print in the aspect ratio described. When you chose to print any size, the POD “print on demand service”, the printed image will be adjusted accordingly. POD services are popular…I recommend Poster Burner for anything that can be printed on, and their pricing is very fair.
